BAV does not charge a nomination fee for adjudications.

BAV’s adjudicators charge $275 per hour plus GST. A minimum non-refundable fee of $1,265 applies for each adjudication application. This fee represents the first four hours work plus an initial administration fee of $55.

The fee is payable in the first instance by the claimant. The adjudicator is entitled to be paid his or her fees prior to publishing the Determination. The adjudicator has the power under the Act to determine which party is to pay the fees of the adjudication and in what proportion.

BAV charges a fee of $275 to issue an Adjudication Certificate if a party requires one.
