Building Adjudication Victoria Inc (BAV) is authorised by the Building Commission as a Nominating Authority for adjudicators. BAV provides an independent panel of lawyers who are experts in construction law to act as adjudicators under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002.
BAV is completely independent and is not associated or affiliated with any trade association or lobby group. Our adjudicators are experts who act for a wide range of parties to building and construction disputes including contractors, sub-contractors and building professionals.
